Hans Bethe House is a self-governing student residence. The House Council is an in-house structure that promotes student leadership and involvement. Residents volunteer to serve on the Council and elect their officials. The Council meets once a week in open session with all residents and staff invited. Members plan activities and work with the House administration to devise and apply House rules.
