The hub of all things in the House, the House Office is your first stop for assistance. More than a place to pick up your mail and send out-going letters, the Office Assistants can also help out with lock-outs and troubleshoot any facilities issues that might come up.
You don't have to stop by the office to ask a question about Bethe House, you can email the House Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the office at 607-255-7210.
House Office Hours
** Please note the House will be open 9am-8pm each day from 8/15-8/22 for move-in.
Monday through Friday USPS mail is delivered, typically in the afternoon. Often if your tracking says "Arrived in Ithaca," it may not be in the House yet. Check your Cornell email for package notices from the Bethe House Office.
During House Office hours come to the House Office window for assistance with lock outs. After hours call the GRF on-call at 607-327-1729.
Place an online maintenance request for spills in hallways, sticky shelves, light bulb replacements, circuit breakers, etc.
Working in the House Office is a great way to connect with the community. If you are especially friendly, organized, and responsible talk to a current Office Assistant or the Bethe House Administrative Coordinator about how you can apply to work in the office.
