House Chef/Manager

Chef Kevin Moore began his career at Cornell Dining in 1989, as a dish machine operator at Robert Purcell Marketplace Eatery.  His experience and career only grew from there, as he served in many roles, working his way up through the organization and forming critical partnerships with his team.  Kevin served in several key roles specifically on West Campus, where he served as the Sous Chef for our kosher dining program at 104! West, and now leads the team at Bethe House Dining.

Kevin is passionate about training and developing future culinarians, working with the Cornell Cooperative Extension 4-H program, and passing on his many years of experience.  “Working with the students and community on West Campus is a privilege, and I’m honored to work with the students across many different cultures and backgrounds,” says Chef Moore.
