Residents share House leadership and governance with the Dale R. Corson House Professor-Dean and the Assistant Dean, both of whom reside in the House.  Six Graduate Resident Fellows (GRFs) and three Undergraduate Resident Fellows (URFs) also live in Hans Bethe and assist with administration as well as programing.  The House Professor-Dean appoints between thirty and thirty-five Hunter R. Rawlings III House Fellows from the ranks of faculty and senior administrators.  Fellows build community by interacting informally with residents and contributing to the intellectual and social life of the House through programs, activities, informal offerings, lectures, screenings, workshops, arts events, discussion groups, and non-credit in-House courses.  Fellows take meals in the House on a regular basis during the academic year and attend House events as often as possible.
