Ph.D. Candidate, Philosophy
Being a nomad has been an indispensable part of my life. I am grateful that joining the Bethe family in 2021 has marked a significant chapter in my relatively long dwelling in Ithaca.
The academic path that brought me to Cornell was rather unconventional; it began with civil engineering and led to a PhD program in philosophy. What connects these diverse experiences are my fundamental questions and interests. My current research, which exemplifies these interests, focuses on the ethics of influence, particularly in public political discourse.
I am a linguaphile and enthusiastic about all things classical. I enjoy conversing about philosophy, literature, films, coffee and more. Feel free to reach out and let’s chat!
