Associate Professor, Neurobiology and Behavior
Jesse Goldberg is an Associate Professor in the Department of Neurobiology and Behavior. His research lab studies how birds learn to sing, how parrots socialize, and how mice can achieve high levels of motor coordination. He is fascinated by intersections between neuroscience and artificial intelligence and is a Co-Director of Cornell's exciting AI initiative.
He is also an avid trail runner and loves splashing around Ithaca's watering holes with his three boys Sandy, Evan and Seth.
